Windows 10 should already come with DX11 support, usually these errors stem from a bad driver. I should know, it happened to me as well.

In reply to j0nathanGaming's post on June 21, Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver, as well as going to your OEM or Intel's website to reinstall the video driver? Let me know. Won't it break my computer since it is my only graphics card? It should be a safe process to uninstall and reinstall, or just simply reinstall the driver through the package Intel or your OEM provides.
